am a loyal client of the Four Seasons and if you are looking for luxury and great service at their NOLA location try maybe the Ritz. The service is on par with a Motel 8 probably worst. The staff desperately need training.
I went to check out in the morning I was told by the Director of Rooms said the system was down, I then said I’ll go on my tour leave my bags and when I return I’ll check out no worries.
I returned and was served by the front desk clerk who doesn’t want to be there because omg the most condescending arrogant flippant woman I’ve met at a front desk. As I was going over the charges my daughter asked if she could collect my bags as I perused my bill. Ciara then said no she can’t give us our bags until we have settled the bill as per the instructions of the Director of rooms.
I was surprised because yes there is a cc on file as is required upon check in so to be honest I could’ve just left and the hotel would’ve been able to get whatever funds I had for them.
This was so unsettling for me and the height of unprofessional who can rob the four seasons who has ALL my info and who I’ve stayed with for years.
I rarely do reviews but this one was needed I’ll be contacting corporate as well so that this isn’t done to another family and yes I feel it was intentional
