The location is ideal,stright line to the french quarter and all the hot spots( 10. to 12 minutes walk). The rooms are speacious and have simple modern layout. There is Nespersso coffee machine with complmentary coffee, very much appriciated. The bathroom is also specious and clean, over all a very pleasant 3 night stay, highly recomend it to anyone.

The hotel is nice and staff as well. I would not give 4 stars due to the bed, carpet, fridge. The bed not comfortable, the floor has partial carpet, the fridge doesn’t work. Overall the room was nice, shower very good. Location of the hotel is excellent, easy to get in and out of and parking is easy. I would give 3 stars, super clean hotel. Room keeping left my room open after cleaning, that put me at risk and I had to take off for that. It’s unacceptable to leave a guest room open.

This place is so nice and welcoming. The staff are kind and patient. We came down for Mardi Gras and this hotel was in walking distance of everything. I enjoyed how safe the hotel felt and the rooms aren't small. There's also a bar and restaurant connected to it. The drinks were absolutely great. Definitely want to stay here again.

We had an amazing stay. Parking was available across the street for a fee of course. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Toilet/shower was in tight quarters but manageable.

I recently stayed at this Hilton and it was nice, but not worth the hassle. I booked through a third party and both the hotel and the third party charged me for my stay. I have called the hotel four times, I have left messages three times, and have been told two times the manager would call me back. I have also called the third party to try and rectify this and was told that the hotel would refund my card. At this point I honestly think the hotel is running a scam and pocketing the extra money made from double charging the customer. It has been over two weeks and I need this issues to be corrected. 4/25/2024: Contacted the third party booking company again and they informed me that the hotel is unresponsive to the request to resolve this matter. No surprise there!

Very clean and modern. Great location without any noise. Friendly and attentative staff as well. I would most definitely recommend this to anyone. You may have to walk half a mile or so but it's not bad and that's pretty obvious when you book.
