Folks- Beware- this hotel is a big marketing hype on their website. You will not sleep at this hotel. The noise level in the rooms is louder than being on an airplane. You will hear every single car that passes in the street. You will hear your neighbors words through the walls. You will hear people walking up and down the stairs all night. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel at all costs. To call this a hotel or bnb is absurd. Management knows about the noise issues and doesn’t do anything to prevent it.

This is a beautiful mansion in the Garden district- full of other beautiful mansions. The rooms are charming and have thoughtful amenities. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more responsive- offering to make tea or coffee any time, making good suggestions about where to go and where to eat.

Lovely inn with incredibly attentive staff. Very clean, historic accommodations in a lovely neighborhood. We appreciated the coffee and muffins in the morning and the availability of the bar in the evenings. Tyler, Bruce, Caesar and Angel could not have taken better care of us. The beds were very comfortable. Only suggestion is to add outlets for charging on both sides of the bed.

We had a fantastic stay at the Henry Howard in the Garden District! Great neighborhood with easy access to everything in New Orleans. Lots of street parking so this wasn't an issue. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Check-in efficient. The beds were very comfortable. Great variety of TV stations. Internet was fast and easy. Rated a little lower on comfort since walls were a little thin and could hear everything outside but wasn't a big deal for us. We had a front room with a balcony which was a fantastic place to relax at the end of the day. Would recommend this hotel and will stay here again the next time we are in New Orleans.

What a fabulous boutique hotel! Great location in the Garden District, one block off St. Charles, easy to catch the trolley. But the best part is that staff! Attentive, helpful, knowledgeable, great recommendations and hospitable! We will stay again!
