The people next door had the tv so loud and we were so tired and wanted to sleep. Otherwise a very nice place.

The only complaint I could have is that my room was by the exit door and it was so loud when it shut. Everything else was awesome!

Hotel is a little scuffed up but clean. Best hotel pillow I have had in ages. Love the kid friendly pool for our toddler. My only criticism is the breakfast attendant was clearly over worked.. Didn’t realize we were out of spoons didn’t realize there was no milk in the fridge ran out of cinnamon rolls. But honestly a good day

Front desk and breakfast service OUTSTANDING! Hotel starting renovations but never interfering with the guests. Room was clean when we arrived an hour before check in time . Employees very courteous and accommodating.

What's wrong with this hotel? The bathroom. Since they no longer use Watkins liquid soap and switched to heavily scented Dove liquid soap you can't get the smell off of you. The soap is at the back of the tub where it slants towards the front and if you dribble any soap on the tub you risk slipping. You can't reach the soap without taking a step back, I slipped and almost fell. This is a lawyers dream. I reckon regular bar soap must be cutting into corporate profits. Would a rubber mat ( not supplied ) help? Beware older folks!

The hotel is nice and polite but a bit dated. Our room had that “old hotel” room smell. However the staff is friendly, helpful and extremely accommodating (we arrived at 11:30pm).
