The room was big and clean and well looked after. The lady at the reception was really polite and accomodating too. Would highly recommend to all :)

Nothing major to complain about, mostly feeling disappointed because we have not had any response to the list of concerns I handed to the front desk. Location - exactly what we wanted - handy to everything. Cleanliness - dirty towel left behind bathroom door, otherwise fine - 3 empty soap & shampoo containers in the shower (check before you get wet) - the tissue box had 3 tissues in it and obviously needed replacing. The kitchen tap was practically falling off. there were no dessert spoons, the numbers on the bedside clock didn't work and the buttons on the microwave had had the words cleaned off so it was guess work to use. The secure parking we asked for was not secure but it was available for $20 per night.

The drains in the shower had a funky smell coming off like off water which is why I’ve marked it down as it made the bathroom stink wasn’t pleasant. And when we checked in our bin hadn’t been empty from The people before:

Yet another wonderful stay at this hotel. Perfectly placed in the CBD and very very comfortable. Car park on the roof and lifts. Bed extremely comfortable and a spa bath.

Nice spacious and clean room, excellent staff and free access to gym. Definitely recommended.

Staff were welcoming and helpful. Room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Also very centrally situated. A great stay thank you.
