This is the second property I rent from Nina, as I have been in and out of construction on my home for a year. Their places, including this one; are clean, look 100% like the pictures and have all the items in the condo's I would need at home. one block from main street, but still a very quiet area. Shower needs work It was a good stay, I don't want to focus on just the bad, but the shower draining needs to be fixed. It is not a drain problem but a level floor problem, the water collects in the floor of the shower and does not drain because the shower floor is unlevel. the water remains until it eveaporates or is squeeged out. It would be nice if there was a ceiling fan in the bedroom. It was a good stay. Thank You

Very Clean and Very Convenient This little apartment was very clean on arrival. We had trouble with the code for the key and the owner was easy to contact and helpful! It is so close to downtown, the city park, and the river. We loved our stay!
