I’ve been a Marriott Bonvoy member for 30 years I travel a lot and I give honest reviews. Some may sound like your nitpicking, but if you’re staying in a place more than a night and you’re paying good money, I think it’s only fair to Express. Great location, staff very good. However, hotel falling apart. The bed was very uncomfortable and falling apart. The towel racks falling off the wall Air conditioner broke The balconies were shedding, and the paint was flying everywhere as he sat on the balcony. Don’t know how else to explain it, Stayed at this hotel for a week one Elevator was broke, and the other one broke mid week Was told that disabled parking was free and upon check out we were charged. I just wish somebody would get their information correctly. I don’t mind paying however we were informed prior to our check that it would be free. I wish the eggs were real eggs for breakfast. Biggest red flag is when I asked to speak to the manager I was given a runaround to so many reasons why I was unable to. Very frustrating when you have a situation that the hotel (and BE aware and keep your eyes on your invoice that the hotel tried to CHARGE my card three times the amount Very frustrating, especially when you travel a lot. It should be against the law for them to do that. I never Expect anything except a halfway decent day, but this hotel is falling apart. Not a disastrous hotel it’s beautiful when you walk in very personable but it’s all the little things when you’re paying a big ticket price. I think it’s a little bit overpriced. And another thing I never expect anything or want anything free. I got home and when speaking to the manager… Finally was able to speak to a manager, I Let her know everything that happened and my concerns. There was no what can we do for you? Never expect anything ha ha and you won’t be disappointed.
