SpringHill Suites New Smyrna Beach

Great location in New Smyrna Beach! So close to the beach & right in the center of town! Plenty of shops & restaurants are walkable! Gerimiah with Guest Services was so helpful on the phone when I was having trouble booking our reservation online & walked me through with no problems! He was extremely pleasant in person when we checked in & took such great care of us! It’s extremely hard to find great people that obviously enjoy what they do in this day & age! Gerimiah is definitely one of them! We would recommend staying at this property to Famiky & Friends!!

It is our second time in the property! Guest service is the best and Miss Colleen is THE BEST! she is always sweet and ready to help you out with anything you need! Rooms are cleaned and spacious!!! Definitely recommend this location for friends and family!!!! Can’t wait to be back!!!!

Coleen at the front desk was a superstar, both when checking us in and when checking us out. She was pleasant even when things got busy around her. We’ll stay at Springhill again because of her. We also love the hotel for its modern beauty, its great complimentary breakfast, and the incredible view of the ocean.

Went for Mother’s Day weekend and they have a 2 day minimum stay, No problem, but after paying top price you do not even get daily room service. I had to call down for towels on the 2nd day. Elevators were broken so had to use the stairs or add’l elevator on other end of the hotel.

I’ve been a Marriott Bonvoy member for 30 years I travel a lot and I give honest reviews. Some may sound like your nitpicking, but if you’re staying in a place more than a night and you’re paying good money, I think it’s only fair to Express. Great location, staff very good. However, hotel falling apart. The bed was very uncomfortable and falling apart. The towel racks falling off the wall Air conditioner broke The balconies were shedding, and the paint was flying everywhere as he sat on the balcony. Don’t know how else to explain it, Stayed at this hotel for a week one Elevator was broke, and the other one broke mid week Was told that disabled parking was free and upon check out we were charged. I just wish somebody would get their information correctly. I don’t mind paying however we were informed prior to our check that it would be free. I wish the eggs were real eggs for breakfast. Biggest red flag is when I asked to speak to the manager I was given a runaround to so many reasons why I was unable to. Very frustrating when you have a situation that the hotel (and BE aware and keep your eyes on your invoice that the hotel tried to CHARGE my card three times the amount Very frustrating, especially when you travel a lot. It should be against the law for them to do that. I never Expect anything except a halfway decent day, but this hotel is falling apart. Not a disastrous hotel it’s beautiful when you walk in very personable but it’s all the little things when you’re paying a big ticket price. I think it’s a little bit overpriced. And another thing I never expect anything or want anything free. I got home and when speaking to the manager… Finally was able to speak to a manager, I Let her know everything that happened and my concerns. There was no what can we do for you? Never expect anything ha ha and you won’t be disappointed.

Amazing staff! So friendly and accommodating. Jose, Toni and Jeremiah come to mind among many others. Beautiful facility, loved our oceanfront room! Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast is perfect, just what you need to start the day. Location is the best!

Awesome woman at check in. Wish I got her name…. But seriously she is a natural for hospitality. Large rooms. Great view of the ocean. There was lots of space on the patio and around the pool for everyone to easily have a spot to enjoy. And great drinks at the bar to top it off. Thank you

Great place on the beach

Great place to stay! Central to beach and restaurants. Comfortable, soundproof rooms with excellent beds and amenities. Nice free buffet breakfast. Firepits in evening, live acoustic mysic and bar on oremises plus pool and exercise room.
