Great place to stay! Central to beach and restaurants. Comfortable, soundproof rooms with excellent beds and amenities. Nice free buffet breakfast. Firepits in evening, live acoustic mysic and bar on oremises plus pool and exercise room.

Great location. Competent and friendly staff. Unfortunately, we had to check out early due to a situation at home. The General Manager, Mr. Jamie Dudley, was very empathetic to our situation, and generously waived our one-day cancellation fee. We will absolutely return to this location each time we travel to FL from NC; which is quite often.

Great beach access/view. Couldn’t be better. The beach towels are less than one would expect from a Marriott but not the end of the world. They look like they’re 20 years old. The room was great. Clean and modern. Missing basic amenities but this seems to be the new trend in hotels these days (robes, q-tips, etc.). Still very nice and will definitely be back.

A fun little getaway for our anniversary weekend. The hotel staff were accommodating when there was an internet issue and I was having to work. I wonderful stay all in all.

Hotel was great and customer service! Great location, will come back and stay again! Right on the Beach and Flagler Ave. Roo. Was clean, beds comfortable, breakfast was good! It fit 6 of us perfectly. Everyone was super friendly. Loved the stay!

Love this hotel! Front desk staff - and everyone working there - is always so friendly and professional. Great service! Spacious rooms. Nice breakfast and can’t beat the beachfront location!

The bedding was perfect. The pillows are the flufffiest. My wife is handicapped and room had a shower which was perfect. The room was large enough for her to navigate her wheelchair. The only problem was that the shower door needs a seal or gasket on the hing side of door. Water pored out when taking shower. It would also be nice if there was shower seats installed or offered. We bought our own and left it behind. And grab bars would be nice in shower and next to toilet.

The hotel was so comfortable. We were relaxed from the minute we checked in with Jeremiah. He was friendly and helpful. Such an inviting experience. We used the pool and other amenities. The rooms were clean and so comfortable. Jeremiah and Sherri took care of us. All of the staff were very friendly.

Best piña colada in New Smyrna, stunning views, Beautiful rooms, great breakfast. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️. Good parking and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. They are always ready to help and always with a smile. We feel Marriott genuinely cares about its patrons. Thank you!
