Nice room and location but front desk service is not good. People in front desk look not happy and not able to help

I enjoyed my stay and will be returning again. The room was clean and the staff was a joy. Every room has a balcony,fridge and microwave. Spacious bathroom and clean. Round the clock service and extra activities for members. Plenty of things to do within walking distance. It’s right on the beach. You can walk out the back of the hotel and be right on the beach. At night it’s so calming to go to sleep listening to waves. During the day there was a nice breeze. I loved the fresh air and really needed it. There was plenty of parking for the guest. I parked in the lower level and the is always a worker down there so I felt safe. I will be using Trip.com again and staying at the Best Western.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly. I have stayed a few times and it's always quiet and relaxing.

I stayed here for the Daytona 500 weekend, which was a rainout, mostly. The hotel is older, and looks it. But it's clean, the staff is friendly and they were ready for me when I rolled in at 3:00am to check in. It was much cheaper than staying in a Daytona hotel and not much longer a drive to the track. I will absolutely stay there again.

My overall view is wonderful. From the Hotel itself beautiful and the view from the room breathtaking.The entire Team who worked there were awesome all the Team. Always helpful and always smiling.Great experience.

Michael at front desk was very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious the one and only waitress at cafe was excellent and handled the place (even during race week) with grace.
Beach access easy and very pretty.

I found the property dated and depressing. When I checked in the host stunk like cigarettes and I was told there’s no maid service unless you request it the night before. There were makeup stains on the shower curtain. Hope a good deal on the beach so I guess I got what I paid for.
