The overall design of the hotel is simple and elegant in Japanese style. It is very close to the public bus station and can be reached on foot from Wulai Old Street. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel staff are polite and the staff at the public bath (hot spring) are attentive and kind. There are not many dining options in the hotel, and dinner is not provided. It would be better if the cafe's business hours could be extended. It would be better if a bar service could be set up😄

Excellent stay in this hotel. Though it's not in Taipei City - It's located in Luzhou New Taipei, very convenient to travel around because there is an MRT on the ground floor. Shops and restaurants in the same building. The hotel itself is quiet, spacious and very clean. There is a laundry on the 8th floor with free laundry detergent. They clean the room everyday, and supply water and snacks for free. The toilet and bathroom are separate - the heated bidet is a bonus as well. We will definitely stay here again if in Taiwan.

I used it for the first time in 3 years. Stayed for 4 days in a row. The soundproofing of the room is bad, and you should prepare earplugs. This is a negative point because the drainage sound of other rooms is annoying. The hotel service is as good as ever. The parking lot is underground and the convenience store is next door. It is next to Shinzhuang Costco. There are many users and breakfast is substantial.

Never thought of having a tropical forest hot spring hotel in Sanxia, ​​this is really a beautiful stay experience. The entire camp area is full of green plants and the facilities are well maintained. From the detailed introduction at check-in to driving up the mountain and entering the room, it felt wonderful. This time I stayed in a quadruple room with a view. The room was super large and it was easy to park (there is a parking space outside the room). You can walk or book a shuttle service to go up and down the mountain, which is really considerate. The game center is also very carefully run, whether it is desktop computers, game consoles, or even PS racing and switch! The hot spring spa itself is even more powerful, with various hot spring pools of various sizes, including hot and cold springs, ice pools, negative ion waterfalls, spa pools, etc. It would be even better if there was fresh milk to drink like in Japan! After enjoying a hearty breakfast the next morning, we started a mountain climbing trip and met my friends from Tainan! What a wonderful stay

It is located in the middle of Jiufen Old Street, so it is easily accessible. It is directly connected to the street. If you get tired while exploring the streets, you can always go straight to your accommodation and take a short rest. The accommodation was old but relatively clean. The hot water worked well and each room had a small heating device, so I was able to prepare for the cold. There were many reviews saying the bed was hard, but a mattress that is too soft is not good for your spine. The owner's family is very, very friendly. I have a black dog named Mazzi, and he is very kind and cute. If you meet Mazzi, please be kind to her.

I stayed at this homestay for one night and I was satisfied with the experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and good value for money. The homestay also offered tour and massage services, which I appreciated. The only downside was the location, which was not very convenient for elderly people or those with large luggage. We only had bagpacks so no issue. There were a lot of stairs to climb and the homestay was not easy to find. However, the homestay provided detailed directions and was responsive to my messages. Overall, I would recommend this homestay for a short stay.
