When we arrived, we had to wait for an hour for the shuttle bus. The scheduled taxis in front of Exit 3 of the MRT all refused to take us due to the short distance. I extended my stay with help of reception, they were very helpful. They do room cleaning every two days, the room was very clean and confortable. There’re also plenty shops in vicinity, great community. (Maybe next time I’ll try the breakfast!)

You can walk or book a shuttle service to go up and down the mountain, which is really considerate. The hot spring spa itself is even more powerful, with various hot spring pools of various sizes, including hot and cold springs, ice pools, negative ion waterfalls, spa pools, etc. It would be even better if there was fresh milk to drink like in Japan!
