Check in is at 16:00, fen at reception upgraded our room to a Mountain View, room was clean, it was a good size with 2 tubs (cold & hot) , had a balcony & a small fridge, a little bit far from old town wulai but they have a shuttle that can take you for ntd 150/way, staff was really helpful and very hospitable, they definitely go the extra mile to accommodate your needs and requests, thank you to Ling & Fen, you guys made our stay extra comfortable.

The facilities were very good, with two large bathtubs and a nice shower. The view of the mountains and the old town was beautiful. The breakfast was very comprehensive with both Western and Asian style breakfast available.

The room itself was great - clean, big hot tub, great view and balcony. A little hard to get to and from the town without driving, hotel felt a little rundown, but not the room at all.

Very bad feeling, the hotel is old, the floor is sunken and has a musty smell The bed is old and my back hurts after a night's sleep without a good mattress. Only the hot springs and breakfast are acceptable

I went just for the hot springs on this mountain. I specially booked a balcony-type hot spring suite. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and fresh air of this mountain.

The hotel is located in a remote mountain. You can ask the hotel to pick you up at Wulai Station before 7 o'clock, but in the morning you have to take guests to Wulai Station after 12 o'clock. However, the hotel requires check-out at 11 o'clock. This arrangement is not friendly. Second, the hotel room is very old, the bathroom is moldy, and there are dead flies and bugs on the bed. It is very disgusting. The hotel needs someone to replace it. Found a big cockroach🪳 at night. Will not book this hotel again! I ordered breakfast included. The breakfast is simple and ok.

A great accommodation experience! I was not afraid of going too far, and I also enjoyed many places and the warmth and welcome of local residents. I am very happy that this trip ended perfectly👍

It felt fine outside, but when I entered the room, I exclaimed, the TV signal was mosaic, the wooden floor was repaired like a parquet floor, the bathroom glass was so scaled that you could pick out the dirt with your fingers, and small black particles kept appearing when rinsing the bathtub. You can also clearly feel that the sanitary conditions in the shower room are poor, but the hot springs are real and so are the mountains.

The room is very spacious, the bathroom is also very large, and the bathtub is very nice. Overall clean and not dirty. But the facilities are very old. The TV reception is not good. It is recommended to check the equipment regularly. The breakfast was very bad and didn't feel fresh. The rest is okay.

Recommend staying here. Beautiful view. Staff are very smiling and cheerful. And there is a pick-up service at the bus station. The bathroom is very spacious. The room has a private onsen. Refreshing after onsen

There is its own parking lot, but there are not many parking spaces. The hot spring pool is huge, a bit too big for one person. The 300 yuan mushroom and chicken soup dinner is as shown in the photo. It's clean and comfortable, and the accommodation comes with a buffet breakfast. I think it's very good value for money. The soundproofing isn't very good, but I'm used to using earplugs so it's fine.

I stayed in a double room with a view. It was in a good location and looked down. I was in a good mood. The bathroom was great. It was big and better than expected. The spring quality was also good. There was a shuttle bus to pick you up even if you didn’t have to drive.

7/15 The check-in counter staff has a good service attitude and is very efficient in providing housekeeping assistance when needed. They will also confirm again whether the problem has been solved, which is great.

The location is great. It is a recommended hot spring resort. You can see the overall view of Wulai Old Street. The breakfast is also good.
