Hotels Near Mudan Station in New Taipei City

Hard to find : we found the hotel after a few time. The location on Google Maps and Apple Plan were not exactly the same + the place don’t look exactly the same as on internet. Service : we received a call bc the householder was having some personal issues (alright, that’s life). But we called the number, and it was difficult to reach someone + someone were in the hostel but no answer until the same person decided to scream something we didn’t understood. Cleaning : it was clean ! But a smell of humidity. Amenities : we were very happy, necessary things were available. BUT sleepers are not personal (maybe used by all the customers even if maybe cleaned), the breakfast is not homemade, it’s delivered (and it’s actually good !). We enjoyed the place, even if it’s pretty far by foot, and difficult because of the several stairs. Jiufen is actually on a mountain, but it can be difficult for people with disabilities. We were very happy, even we arrived pretty late, and the famous Old Street was closed when we finished to settle.

The proprietress of the hotel is very enthusiastic, afraid that you will get lost and very enthusiastic to guide, the environment is very clean, even the faucet of the sink is bright, the location is in Jiufen Old Street, it is very convenient to visit the old street, there is a balcony on the top floor, you can watch the sea and watch the sunrise (the photo was taken at five o'clock in the morning).

There are almost no other residents who stay on weekdays. The restaurant on the third floor can almost be reserved. You can enjoy the sea view and mountain view when you eat. The store also provides tea for consumption and making tea, so you can enjoy the leisure time in the afternoon. The room also has a view. It comes with a simple breakfast and homemade soy milk. The owner is very friendly and the service is good. There is a very good black dog in the store. Overall, it feels good. I am very satisfied with the family when I travel and stay. There is a neighbor It feels like the price is affordable and the environment is very clean. There is an old street right outside the B&B, and Grandma Lai's Taro Balls is diagonally opposite, but you can't feel the noise of the old street upstairs, so it's a quiet place amidst the hustle and bustle.

Very nice hostel, the owner was really friendly. It's in the middle of the old street, so very convenient but if you have a big suitcase, not the best haha. The room is actually quite spacious and it's apparently not often full.

I was worried because there was no review in Trip.com, but a gentle man politely accepted me. The water and bed are beautiful.

The service attitude is cordial and friendly, and they will also carefully introduce the surrounding beautiful scenery and popular photo spots on the Internet. The outdoor terrace is very suitable for drinking in the evening and enjoying the night view, and cute cats will come as guests. The only drawback is that there is a height difference in the room. I kicked my foot 4-5 times a night and it was really painful.

The room is very nice. The location is very accessible to all tourists attractions. Near bus and train stations. If you’re planning to visit Jiufen and Shifen. This is the best area to choose. A lot of foods also outside the hostel. All the staff are smiling and willing to help. The girl staff still straggles to communicate in english, but very accommodating. I enjoyed staying here. PS. NO ELEVATOR

The housekeeper who received the stay was very kind and courteous, the hotel's equipment was also full of complete, and the living environment was comfortable. There is a food street not far from the surrounding area, which is more local than the food in Jiufen Old Street, and the price is much closer to the people!

The environment is quiet and friendly.
