I extended my stay with help of reception, they were very helpful. They do room cleaning every two days, the room was very clean and confortable. There’re also plenty shops in vicinity, great community. (Maybe next time I’ll try the breakfast!)

There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel staff are polite and the staff at the public bath (hot spring) are attentive and kind. There are not many dining options in the hotel, and dinner is not provided. It would be better if the cafe's business hours could be extended. It would be better if a bar service could be set up😄

I used it for the first time in 3 years. Stayed for 4 days in a row. The soundproofing of the room is bad, and you should prepare earplugs. This is a negative point because the drainage sound of other rooms is annoying. The hotel service is as good as ever. The parking lot is underground and the convenience store is next door. You can walk or book a shuttle service to go up and down the mountain, which is really considerate. The hot spring spa itself is even more powerful, with various hot spring pools of various sizes, including hot and cold springs, ice pools, negative ion waterfalls, spa pools, etc. It would be even better if there was fresh milk to drink like in Japan!
