Great experience the staffs are friendly and they are very informative.I like the pool so much.The photos we take at the pool is so instagrammable.I recommend it to my friends.Hoping to come back again soon.

The overall design of the hotel is simple and elegant in Japanese style. It is very close to the public bus station and can be reached on foot from Wulai Old Street. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel staff are polite and the staff at the public bath (hot spring) are attentive and kind. There are not many dining options in the hotel, and dinner is not provided. It would be better if the cafe's business hours could be extended. It would be better if a bar service could be set up😄

Although the hotel is located a little far from the main attraction/shopping areas in Taipei, it was still really easy to get around as the train station is just right below the hotel so it was vey convenient. The gym facilities are top notch, they have many equipments. Hotel room is also spacious and clean. The breakfast variety however can be improved, the food is not as impressive and the dining area is quite small. They also do not offer room service. For the price it is very worth it, i would definitely stay in this hotel again if i return to Taipei!

we booked a hotel on trip. com because we were going to visit Yehliu and the hotel we chose was white house resort mountain view because it was their cheapest room but that room was worth it because it was close to the pool, spa and dinning area... the white house resort is highly recommended for those who want to unwind because it's close to the sea and the ambiance is very relaxing. And also if you stayed overnight they have free Buffet Breakfast for you. Overall the experience we have is awesome and will be back next summer.

You can walk or book a shuttle service to go up and down the mountain, which is really considerate. There is an old street right outside the B&B, and Grandma Lai's Taro Balls is diagonally opposite, but you can't feel the noise of the old street upstairs, so it's a quiet place amidst the hustle and bustle.

The homestay also offered tour and massage services, which I appreciated. The only downside was the location, which was not very convenient for elderly people or those with large luggage. We only had bagpacks so no issue. There were a lot of stairs to climb and the homestay was not easy to find. However, the homestay provided detailed directions and was responsive to my messages. Overall, I would recommend this homestay for a short stay.

Location is great with excellent view over the fisherman’s wharf. However, the arrival experience was quite awkward as once I got up to the room, there were two housekeeping carts right in front of my room and the room door was opened, this gave me an impression that the room was not ready. Besides, service from the Front Desk lady will need to improve as she gave me quite an awkward attitude upon both arrival and departure.
