The hotel's location is excellent, just a 25-minute walk to the Brooklyn Bridge photo op spot. There are plenty of dining options nearby, including some incredibly good value Chinese restaurants, which are a big plus for Chinese travelers. The front desk staff provided top-notch service and arranged a very satisfying breakfast for us, which was also perfectly suited to Chinese tastes.

🗽✨ My stay at the EVEN Hotel New York - Midtown East by IHG was, on the whole, really satisfying. The biggest advantage was definitely the location 👍. Being right in the heart of Midtown East, it was incredibly convenient for using the subway and bus, making it the optimal spot for getting to major Manhattan attractions. I had a packed travel schedule, and having almost no stress about getting around really helped me manage my energy 🚶‍♂️🚇. Even though the hotel shows its age a bit, the room condition was surprisingly clean ✨. The bedding was spotless, and I was impressed by how well-maintained the bathroom and general tidiness of the room were. Noise wasn't an issue, so I could rest comfortably at night. Overall, it strongly felt like a practical yet stable place to stay. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone who prioritizes location, cleanliness, and comfort over luxury 😊. If I come back to New York, I would definitely consider staying here again.

I chose this hotel because of its high reviews, but in reality, there was construction work going on next to the highway, so it was very noisy day and night. This price is in line with the location in New York. The staff were very friendly and considerate. However, I was a bit skeptical about the fact that it took four weeks to process the refund of my $200 deposit, which I wasn't informed of in advance.

The hotel rooms, though small, were clean and tidy, well-maintained, and in a great location—quiet despite being in a bustling area. It was very close to the subway station, making transportation convenient. For New York, it was considered good value for money.
