Overall it was an excellent experience, location wise very accessible to one of the popular tourist spots.

The location is 100% good for tourist, very centred and surrounded with a lot of great restaurants! However the room wasn’t that clean as i found a false lashes beside the sink which is definitely not mine. I told them about this and the housekeeper came to check but that’s it, no feedback or follow up. They even forgot the replace the duvet cover for us … I would say the room offer no amenities. The staff was fairly friendly. In general it was just a so so hotel.

Location is perfect! Reasoanble price. Room is small but new and clean. Supermarket , Shopping area, Broadway and many restaurants are near hotel. We will go back to stay here again next time.

The room quite small, but clean. The staff are friendly. The location really close to Times Square, an easy to go hangout to the downtown.

Enjoyable. Compact but with everything you need. Very clean. The only complaint is the additional destination fee.

A decent hotel with good amenities in Times Square. You get what you pay for (bed and bathroom all in the same room, ok service from the staff, ok toiletries) but I would really recommend it for the price. If you’ve stayed at any of the Hiltons before, you know you can expect a certain standard from any of their hotels and this one is no different.

It's the small room but enough for three. The location is pretty good. It's around Times Square so it's easy for us to walk around there. The problem is there is no space for changing the clothes in the bathroom so we have to go out from the shower room and take clothes on. When one person is taking a shower, other two were waiting in the lobby in our case. But we could check in before three and they kept our luggage after check out so this stay was pretty good.

Location is good if you want to be near where the action is. A lot of eateries, convenient stores, souvenir shops, theatres, the hop on hop off bus stop, etc etc. The only snag is the room is too small for 2 persons let alone for us, a family of 3.

The service wasn't good. I think they could have reduced the hotel fees by making restaurant vouchers optional for guests. Room was neat and clean, but it's not soundproof.

Comfortable room with decent location but beware large crowds, bright lights, and lots of noise outside.

Somehow, I screwed up my reservation and made it for the day before. I was literally in tears as we are only here one day for a television spot. The manager and the woman at the front desk could not have been kinder. They found me a room, even though they didn’t have any, lol. Kindness truly can change the world

Hotel was in Times Square, very accessible to subway station, Rockefeller center, Broadway venues, and restaurants. Stayed 3 nights per night fee was affordable! I traveled solo to meet up with some friends who lived in NYC. Early Check-in was available for additional 50$. It was worth it, because I arrived at about 0900. There’s a bar and Resturant attached to the hotel, but I didn’t use. The rooms are very small, but I didn’t mind it since it was just me and I was out most of the day anyways. I did not use the gym, so I can’t comment on that. I brought my yoga travel mat; there was enough room to practice. Throughly enjoyed my stay. Just wish there was coffee pot in the room. I did appreciate however bottled water and snacks in the room (free). I visited the Jewish heritage museum, Spyscapes, and saw Wicked. I ate at sushi lab, Saar, and Jupiter. All very good experiences. I would definitely stay again.

Great View at high level, clean and tidy room, it is a very good rest place to stay for business trip.
