Nice place, clean and good service. They provide Starbucks coffee in our rooms.

I sent my child to study in New York, so I chose this hotel which is close to the school. The hotel staff are very friendly and the check-in is very fast. However, the daily cleaning is average. However, if there is a request, the housekeeping can still meet it quickly. The hotel is located in an area where black people live. As soon as you leave the hotel, the air is filled with a strong smell of **. There are many shops around the hotel, which is quite convenient.

A design hotel in the center of Harlem, with many shops and restaurants next to it, making life very convenient. It's not noisy at night (rare in New York). However, there is no microwave or refrigerator in the room, which is a bit challenging for those who are more particular about eating. Management is average. The service staff was very slow to respond. I had to shout twice to get something. I left the adapter plug in the hotel when I left, and I didn't remember it until night. Fortunately, I was not far away, so I called the front desk. They quickly called me back and said they found it, and put it at the front desk for me to pick up. This last one was a surprise.
