✅優點：
1. 安全。
2. 乾淨衞生。
3. 地理位置好，soho區域、周圍有wholefoods超市（步行8min）和地鐵站（2nd Ave）。
4. 早餐免費提供麪包（可頌很香）和咖啡。
👎缺點：
1. 隔音略差，可以聽到馬路上聲音（修路聲/街道酒吧客人嬉鬧聲/消防車聲……）和其他房間沖水聲。
2. 床墊枕頭個人覺得不太舒服。
3. 房間很小，kingsize床型房間空間衹能敞開放下一個箱子（28寸以上）。
4. 不提供：紙抽/牙刷/牙膏/護髮素/浴帽/燒水壺。
5. 洗澡花灑衹有一個頂頭樣式，無手持，所以不戴浴帽的話一定會淋濕頭髮。

房間小設施很簡單，國內三星都勉強。還算乾淨。比較意外住客很多，可能也算網紅酒店吧。塗鴉的巷子吸人眼球，夜裡走進去有怪誕感覺，白天看到很多人在擺拍。

因為聯合國開會，紐約曼島住宿實在是太貴了
某紅book上搜到了這家酒店，乍到門口一看，以為是臟亂差一條街，實際則是非常乾淨智能舒適的酒店。離sohh主逛街道8分鐘步行，外賣也送的到。早餐配的是一杯咖啡一個麪包（可選type），推薦可頌和巧克力可頌，非常好吃，可以讓店員加熱。
總共住了7天，衞生乾淨，床鋪很舒服，巨軟，解乏，房間還配備了藍牙揚聲器。
訂之前提前看好房型和清掃服務，根據需求選擇，還有家庭房。
實在是寶藏酒店了，很推薦。
