Hotel Park Ave NYC

Wish there were more soaps towels and shampoos but it was very nice . The rooftop is absolutely lovely and the staff is so nice . I am definitely coming back here and will be at the rooftop all summer!!

My daughter and I were under a great deal of stress during a recent move, and staying at the Park Avenue Hotel turned out to be a true blessing. We initially reserved a room for two nights, but when the apartment wasn’t ready for move-in, the staff went above and beyond to help us extend our stay. Docci was incredibly kind and accommodating when I inquired about staying an extra night — his professionalism and understanding made the entire process effortless. We ultimately stayed for a full week, and throughout our time there, the level of service remained outstanding. Yvonne, the manager, exemplified true hospitality. She not only ensured that every detail of our stay was perfect but went out of her way to make us feel genuinely cared for — sending a beautiful handwritten note, great bottle of wine and chocolates to our room as a gesture of kindness and compassion. It was a moment of warmth I will never forget. I am forever grateful for the grace, generosity, and exceptional care that Yvonne and the entire team showed us. The Park Avenue Hotel isn’t just a beautiful place to stay — it’s a place where guests are truly looked after. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, calm, and first-class service.
