Overall experience at this Marriott sucks… There’s barely a friendly welcome face given at the front desk. And room service call can never be connected during the night after 9pm. Our only need (2 pairs of slippers) was met 50% (only 1 pair was sent on the next morning…). Overall the room is clean and nice, but the AC makes the room quite wet. No recommendations will be given by me.

A decent room with an unbeatable view of the Hudson River. The World Trade Center and the 911 Memorial are nearby. It's a good choice. The restaurant downstairs is great👍🏻

The flight was cancelled and I had to stay in NYC for a day. This is probably the worst Marriott I have ever stayed in. All the shortcomings are there: 1. The room is old and dim; the elevator is very slow, and there is no slope to enter the hotel. I just walk up several stairs. Didn’t they consider large luggage and disabled people when designing it? 2. There are people making loud noises in the corridor from morning to night, and the sound insulation is too poor 3. They don’t even provide bottled water. I called to ask for two bottles to be delivered. The waiter slammed the door? His face was black and smelly. 4. The toilet and 🚿 are very bad, and the curtains are difficult to use The only advantage is the gym, which is relatively large. Just think of it as paying for fitness and free accommodation.

The location of the hotel is very good, 5 minutes walk to the World Trade Center. The view of the Hudson River is beautiful and you can see a beautiful sunset. Highly recommended, I will choose this hotel next time I come.

The facilities are much better than those of the Brooklyn Marriott. The night view is also good. The breakfast provided is also good. It is a must for Marriott members to earn points. It is also convenient to go to major attractions in New York. I recommend it to everyone.

Hotel with unacceptable paid wifi. Breakfast does not vary: scrambled egg and sautéed apple every day for 5 days. Unacceptable to offer services that are not up to par. Disappointed

The hotel front desk service attitude is not good. The child stayed on the sofa bed, and they said there was no quilt, only a blanket, and it would be cold at night. The hotel doorman would not take the initiative to help carry the luggage.

The hotel is not far from the World Trade Center and Wall Street and can be reached on foot. The room size is average, the facilities are good, you can see the Statue of Liberty from a distance, and the staff responds quickly. There are mandatory fees to pay, and the front desk told Ctrip that it is included in the room rate. I exchanged the breakfast coupon, but the service attitude of the breakfast shop is average. Additional fees were added when checking out, and the front desk cancelled it after negotiation, which affected the stay experience.

Very good, I like it, the location is good, the hotel interior decoration is quite new. Two city sightseeing bus tickets are also given. The room I stayed in happened to be in the gap between two buildings and I could see the Statue of Liberty.

The environment is very good. It is really rare to live in a house with ample space and a wide view mainly in the center of New York.
