For close to $500/night you expect at least a room with decent furnishings, standard amenities and most important being clean. None of these things were waiting for me upon my checking in late at night.

建議不要訂這家曼哈頓時代廣場酒店。
黑黢黢的地毯，搖搖欲墜的床架，破成一縷縷的床單，有破洞且遮不牢的窗簾等等等等。這些破爛流丟就算了，不過是影響我們的心情，但衞生間下水口臟污堆積堵塞無法洗澡，想聯繫前台座機是壞的，下樓電梯也是壞的需要等半天。夜班經理是種族歧視者且尸位素餐，交流過程有攜程員工語音在線全程錄音為證，按下不表。最終酒店毫無作為，澡沒洗成，覺沒睡好，還受了酒店種族主義者好大一頓氣，第二天一早，不管後面還有一週的預訂，拎行李去了對面的喜來登。後期感謝攜程員工的努力，被扣了一晚房費後取消了在這家酒店的所有預訂。雖然臨時訂對面喜來登價格貴了近一倍，但要逃離這種魔窟，總是要付出代價。
本來不想寫酒店評價的，不想再沾這種晦氣的酒店，但朋友勸説你不寫，後面的同胞還要踩雷，請大家引以為戒。

Location: Excellent! Walking distance to a lot of things and easy to hop on the subway.
Cleanliness & Amenities: Not great. The room wasn't really clean. I found hair on the toilet seat and on the bathroom floor. There was no conditioner left in the bottle, and on my last day, I finished up the soap. It's to wonder if they even clean and check the room before the next guests.
Service: Very friendly and welcoming staff. On the last day, I had a tour and asked to leave my luggage in the lobby. It was easy, and I picked it up later without any problems. However, be aware that a tip is expected and pretty much mandatory. The door man said to leave a tip first before I could leave my luggage. I'd have given something anyway, but I'm just letting you know what to expect.
Breakfast: Do not expect much. You get a voucher that allows you to get one drink, one fruit, and one pastry/bread.

I was kept so informed before the trip. Upon check-in it was extremely smooth and never had any problems reserving through the Trip.com. I will definitely use them again and again.

The worst hotel I have ever seen. The front desk ladies were super arrogant, they gave me a dirty room, the locker keys were not working and I have to come down 5 times but they were not assisting. Never ever go to this hotel. The bathroom light was broken too.
You can easily find a good option with even lesser amount of money you pay here. 0/5 from side.

The pictures online are misleading as the bedroom we got was nothing like advertised. Old, smelly, dirty and with broken mattress. The room doesn’t have any amenities, no fridge, no kettle, no bottle of water. The service is also terrible as the door man ask to be tipped at any possible occasion.
Overall terrible experience for the extremely high price it costs!
No recommended and don’t get fooled by the misleading advertised pictures.
