La misma situación de todos los comentarios anteriores, me retuvieron toda la reserva a pesar de avisar con 6 meses que no podré viajar y debere cambiar fechas, para cambiar fechas me cobraran 200% mas de lo que habia costado mi reserva. Nefasto servicio, entiendo que no reembolsen cuando las cancrlaciones son muy cerca de la fecha, pero esta no es la ocasion. No recomiendo este hotel.

Mixed experiences for us. The good: Big rooms Huge comfortable beds Great location and base Good value The poor: The rooms don’t look anything like the pictures plastered all over the internet. Instead; tired, old carpets, hidden dust and stains, the bath plug didn’t work, minute bath … if it had worked it was designed for 4’6” folk only. The two reception agents on every occasion were more interested in gossiping with the other. Every time! No true management on show to get them to work professionally.

Nicht zuverlässig. Wir hatten es gebucht mit der Option kostenlos zu stornieren. Leider warten wir seit Dezember 2023 auf unser Geld. Auf Mails wird zwar mit einer Entschuldigung geantwortet und versprochen, dass das Geld kommt, aber leider warten wir weiterhin vergebens.

Great location , rooms are large with all amenities, John at reception is so friendly and helping , Manager was also helped me for some issue , all perfect about this hotel , from JFk to this hotel , it’s very easy and economical to reach , sure for stay here again , no restaurant inthe hotel but there is a Bar on roof top.

The hotel is awful. The rooms are dirty and old, furnitures broken, walls stained. Pictures on website do not match with real rooms. When we arrived One blanket had a blood stain. They gave us only 2 towels for a family of 4 people. Staff Is rude. On top of that they charged our credit card twice for the room and we wasted a lot of time to get confirmation that they will reimburse us. The hotel shares the entrance with a terrace bar, there's no control on people accessing the hotel floors. Stay away from this Place!

Une véritable catastrophe : à notre arrivée nous avons trouvé une chambre sale. Des papiers traînaient à terre, un bracelet avait été oublié sur la table de nuit, les murs pourtant blancs sur les photos Booking étaient couverts de traces noires. Nous avons passé un chiffon qui est sorti...NOIR. L'hôtel ne nous avait mis qu'un savon dans la chambre, un peu juste pour le nettoyage des mains et la douche! Nous avons dû supplier pour en obtenir un autre. Il n'y avait aucun gobelet à disposition. La télé n'a jamais fonctionné. Quant à l'ascenseur, il est tombé en panne (il a donc fallu porter les valises sur plusieurs étages). Le personnel est désagréable et ne se préoccupe pas des clients (il faut dire qu'il y a un tel passage de clients pourquoi faire des efforts). Rapport qualité prix on est loin du compte : plus de 100 euros la nuit pour avoir juste deux lits et un douche, sans petit déjeuner et dans la saleté... En un mot à fuir !

Muy amables todos en el personal, pero en especial Lila en la recepción que me dio una cálida bienvenida. Las chicas de la limpieza muy respetuosas. El hotel está en una excelente ubicación, es muy seguro, no hay sonidos molestos. Me resolvieron lo que necesitaba. Muy recomendado!!!

Muy buena ubicación del hotel, el precio estuvo súper bien para la ubicación que tiene, son un alojamiento asequible en medio de middle estuve una noche por temas de negocios en NY. Al hotel se llega y sale muy fácil en metro estación 34St. La recepción es fácil de ubicar en el primer piso. Lila me atendió a mi ingreso muy formal me dio indicaciones para encontrar comida cerca y desayuno y todo súper bien.

This hotel is not worth your money. My recommendation would be to spend the extra money to stay at the Hilton next door or any other hotel in New York. The location of the hotel is fantastic but that is the only positive comment I have. My experience from the first day was extremely poor. The poor customer service, rude front desk agents, red stain on the bed sheets that the front desk told me I would have to sleep on until the laundry was delivered the next day, sharp metal pieces sticking out from under the bed, barely functional tv, outdated and run down decor in the room, loud club music playing until 2 am on the weekends was all extremely disappointing and will deter me from staying at any more Wyndham hotels in the future.
