The room was nice and the onsite free parking was definitely a perk, the breakfast was pretty good, staff was nice to us and accommodating, definitely helpful. The only drawback was that it was far; in Staten Island and it took pretty long (with traffic) to get to Manhattan/Brooklyn/Queens etc.. and when we stayed here the ice machine wasn’t working, but the staff were always helpful in giving us ice in a big cup. Overall we really liked the stay here. There was also a free shuttle from the hotel to the Staten Island ferry terminal that would bring us to Manhattan.

Very good and comfort stay

The location was at a really shady place. There was no room service. Breakfast was pathetic. It was grab and go with only a small sandwich and cereal. The staff was rude and said “if you don’t like our services you can stay at another hotel”. Will not recommend to stay here. It was a horrible experience and a waste of money.

The room is spacious. The bed is quite comfortable. The hotel has free parking but the location is far away. It is inconvenient to get in and out if you don't have a car. The hotel includes breakfast and there are quite a lot of breakfast options. I will choose to stay here next time.
