The floor is so dirty, coffee stains have not been cleaned, and hair is still left in the wash basin in the bathroom.The entire room was very dusty and old, and the soundproofing was terrible. I could hear the people in the next room talking all night.

Good location near Brooklyn bridge nice stay . I didn’t like the long corridors to arrive to the room but that it is.

My overall experience was good but started off shaky. The first night I arrived with my mother, the first room we were in was dirty. We complained, and promptly the manager helped to find that was suitable for us. Even upgraded us to a better room.
I love all staff, they were friendly. They were polite. They gave suggestions.
The location was really convenient for me and my sister who were running between Brooklyn and Manhattan the whole trip . 
I would stay here again for sure.

The hotel and location where good. However, I was forced to accept $30 a day as destination fee to be spent in the hotel for 3 daysl. I was advised if I won't use it I will lose it even thought I wasn't made aware about it. Really disappointed and rather ubset.
