The hotel is located in a safe, clean zone with lots of tourist places and a metro station really close. The elevators are really slow, specially in the morning.

We stayed for 3 nights during thanksgiving weekend. The hotel was in an okay location, near the Bull at Wallstreet and subway - the bus didn’t work most of the times during the holidays. Rooms are clean. However, everything else is a disappointment. The service was average - people aren’t the friendliest here. The elevator took forever - we waited for 20 mins and didn’t seem like the elevator was going to come anytime soon. Ended up walking down the stairs with all our luggages from the 30th floor. The amenities doesn’t feel like a 4 star hotel, it was so underwhelming. Aside from the basic ones like shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion, they didn’t give us anything else. There’s no bottled water too, even when we asked. The toilet door doesn’t slide close, there’s a big gap in between which was very bothersome to us. Last thing, if you’re sensitive to noise, you’re going to have a problem because the rooms are not soundproofed at all. We could hear babies crying, people talking pretty loudlu

Very nice stay at the hotel. Room was very clean and quite spacious.
It gets very busy around checkout time as everyone is trying to go down with all the luggage. We waited very long for the elevators to get empty for us to fit in. Be prepared!

不錯，性價比比較高的酒店，出門就有地鐵！乾淨衞生！唯一的問題就是退房高峯期的時候電梯超級忙！等了30分鐘都還沒下去，很多人都拿着大行李走樓梯了！附近很多早餐店，酒店早餐比較貴不划算！

Bed was wide and long enough. The room wasn't excessively big but it was big enough. The only cons I have are the A/C (very loud and very dusty) and the very thin walls. Some nights we were lucky because our "neighbours" went silent at 22:00 so we couldn't hear anything, but other nights we could clearly hear other people talking at their room sitting across the corridor.

The location is good , a few seconds walk to Wall Street , Broadway street, Trinity church, the charging bull , the subway station 10 seconds walk , the pier 11 to Brooklyn was very close , in a nutshell worth to book for the location.
I was shocked that the hotel doesn’t provide simple things like toothbrushes and paste and comb or cups , no kettle , no robes, no mini fridge, no iron, nothing. No water in the hotel . These are basic things especially for a 4 star hotel . If people stay for 1 night it’s not important but if u book it for 7 nights, u need to have some coffee or tea or hot water if u feel cold or wanna get some warm water u don’t have it . The reception had some hot water but the elevators were always busy so it’s a headache. Also the neighbors were very noisy , the walls were not blocking the sound. I could hear them using the bathroom.
