A nice hotel for a short stay. Be ready to have you earplugs with you, cause you can hear everything that is going on outside the room

This location is newly renovated and situated close to the subway. During our stay, we were not informed about the hot water shut down so we had to shower using cold water for the entire day during our three night stay. This was the first time this ever happened. They sent the manager to help explain the situation later and apologized for the inconvenience.

excelent location and very good services

It’s basic but the location is quite good, one thing to note there is no bottles of water in the room, make sure to get it yourself. The bar downstairs could be loud if you stays in the lower floor.

Very good hotel location. It is away from the main time square area but very walkable. It is also very close to Penn station which means if you have luggage is it a walkable distance to the hotel. Front desk was very helpful in recommendation of places to eat and how to travel to locations. Hotel was clean and organized , had water refill station and gave free water upon check in. Rooms were well sized and clean

Convenient location. Ok facilities. No parking. Hotel recommends a parking garage that is farther than some nearby garage at similar price. Weird recommendation. Pay special attention to the included breakfast. Hotel gives breakfast voucher which makes people think it’s going to be a decent breakfast. But the voucher actually gives you juice, fruit, pastry and tea/coffee. Not even some eggs… very disappointing breakfast indeed.
