We were told upon check in we paid for a handicap room. I was told it was because I booked through a second party. The bathroom had horrible lighting and the mattress had two large dips in it. Very uncomfortable. The room was also a bit worn. The location was great. Coffee shop and bar both very nice.

처음 도착한 날부터 마지막까지 호텔 직원분들 서비스가 너무 좋아서 기분이 좋았습니다~ 숙소도 깔끔하게 관리되고 있고, 중간에 욕조 물이 좀 안내려가긴 했지만 얘기하니 바로 해결되었습니다~ 뉴욕 맨해튼 위치 감안하여 숙소도 나름 넓고 좋았어요!

The location is absolutely perfect. The hotel is clean and beautiful for the holidays. But they cater more to the public than they do their paying customers you could stay at a more affordable hotel, and still enjoy what the Lotte offers.

Clara and Annas were amazing! They were so nice to the kiddos - gave them teddy bears and princess/price crowns! The location is perfect for the holidays!

Amazing stay in a prime location. Staff is very accommodating and helpful, especially Christian Ribeiro from the concergie and Ani. I would highly recommend staying here!
