Service was very friendly. The location awesome!!! Maps and amenities in the hotel perfect… my room I love it! Everyday when I came back it was all clean and warm (very cold outside) We rented 3 different room and we all had a great time in New York. The hotel was also very safe as we travel 3 women and 3 youngsters. LOVE.

There is a heater in the room, which you need to turn on manually, but I don’t feel that I can see the air vents of the air conditioner. I don’t know whether it is there or not. The bedding is very clean and there is one on the first floor. 24-hour front desk, very safe. When I checked in in January, the price of this hotel was unbeatable among Manhattan hotels. The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to Times Square and Broadway, and the surrounding area is fully equipped with a variety of restaurants, theaters and shops to choose from. There are many subways around.

Travel with my daughter~~ It wasn't too inconvenient for 2 people due to location or size. The location was close to Times Square, so it was a little noisy, but I could sleep well anywhere. However, since it was a radiator, it felt a little cold. Still, I am satisfied that there is a gas stove, refrigerator, and microwave where I can cook simple food.

The hotel room is not big but has complete facilities.
