Room was smaller than advertised and very basic compared to other indigos in large cities. Disappointing.

Location is very central, staff nice enough and with service charge of $36 you can have a free breakfast ans a drink a day…but not if u are vegan!!
To be fair for the price range I was expecting something a bit more up class .

Was definitely expecting more from this IHG hotel. Got a room upgrade and even then the room was very beat and worn down. Service staff were nice, does have a very popular night club / bar which is nice or bad depending on your plans.

This is the second time our family stayed in this hotel, probably the best choice in Lower East. The hotel manager Milta is really kind and helpful. The cleaning lady Nancy is also very kind and treated our family with extra care. The club and the roof top lounge is also a nice place to hang out and do some work in the morning, and have a drink and spend an evening with friends at night. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York.

Hello
The Hotel is really Bad.
I was charged Double for the stay and they have been charging me daily on my account without my permission.
Even after speaking to there management i am not getting any solutions.
Thy do not understand hospitality and they do not communicate.
I am going to write to consumer court in USA for the issues that they have created
