It’s clear to metro station and takes about 35 min to manhattan. The amenities are very basic but given the price it’s not really required. It’s good for budget stay.

It was a nice stay. Checkout was at 12 pm so we had enough time. They have hot water, tea & coffee downstaurs for free. It was nice overall

Service was amazing! Both the check-in and check-out processes were easy. The person at check-in was particularly kind and friendly.
Yes, it can be loud outside but it's also Brooklyn. I had no trouble sleeping undisturbed through the night.
This is very specific but I really liked the soap/etc. pumps installed into the bathroom/shower walls. Far less wasteful than those little soaps that other hotels have.
I would definitely stay again and probably will again soon!

It was a weird experience. There was a black lady at the reception. Completely unprofessional and arrogant. Ahe doesn't know how to swipe card. Manually She was writing my card information that's risky. And she didn't let me check in as i was submitting deposit in cash. I can understand the policy as so many reviewers wrote that they don't return the deposit so that's why she didn't let me in. She didn't agree to refund Either. I was tired and insisted begged but she didn't listen. Rhen i just left. And booked another hotel. This hotel is not recommended they should improve their services and should train their staff that how they should treat customers.

The staff here are amazing! So friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and the location is great as well.

We stayed at this hotel for Valentine’s weekend and it worked well for what we needed. The room was fairly clean—nothing fancy, but comfortable enough since we were out most of the time and really just came back to sleep at night. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. The location is a big plus: it’s close to the train and within walking distance of many great food spots. Parking was a bit difficult, which was the only real downside, but overall it was a convenient and pleasant stay for a short getaway.

It was okay to be there the maintenance was off the hotel room had a clogged toilet and chipped door
