We stayed for two nights over the Christmas holidays. The location was great and the facilities were clean. But the heater didn't work properly so it was a bit cold. No matter how much I turned up the temperature, only cold air came out. Other than this, overall I was satisfied.

I booked two superior twin rooms for 4 days. Considering that it was close to Columbia University, I came to the United States after a long journey. When I checked in, I was told by the front desk that it was a double bed room. I took the reservation form to negotiate, but the front desk was tough and said that the reservation was for a double bed room. I couldn't change rooms. The room I was given was very small and there was a problem with the toilet. I barely stayed for one night and negotiated a check-out with Ctrip. Fortunately, Ctrip was responsible and immediately helped with the cancellation. Thumbs up for Ctrip.

The location of the hotel is very good, the size of the room is okay, the air conditioner is relatively loud, it is a pity that there is no refrigerator

Simple appearance, good quality interior, quiet, clean and elegant room

The location is superb. There are various facilities in the nearby community, and there is a 24-hour Deli across the street, so you can buy food even if you arrive in the middle of the night. Very close to Central Park. The best choice for looking at schools and looking after children. The room is a bit small, but that's what it's like in the center of New York City

酒店的隔音非常非常非常差，隔壁沖馬桶都聽的一清二楚，安排的房間在2樓健身房旁邊，晚上到凌晨2點，早上6點不到開始，每當有人進出就聽到“砰”的開關門聲，真是睜眼到天亮一點沒睡着，跟酒店溝通提前退房，硬是扣了3000多房費不給退。史上最差體驗，不推薦入住。

服務規範，交通方便。

Clean, comfortable and safe hotel with a European style architecture. It would have been nice to have more affordable food and beverage options in the hotel. There is one restaurant next door that is moderately priced ($15-$40 per meal) and serves French food. There is a market and other coffee and bagel shops and restaurants near by.

Perfect spot for our family of four. The 2 queen suite had a small sitting room outside the bedroom with two chairs and a mini fridge that was so useful. The bedroom was dark and quiet and everyone slept well. Love that the windows open for fresh air. Beds and pillows were comfy. Wonderful location walkable to the subway, central park, museum and restaurants.

Wonderful! We used to live a couple of blocks from this gorgeous hotel, and it was such a treat to stay here for our visit “home.” Staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful; rooms were immaculately clean, with comfy beds and bedding; workout room was well-equipped and clean; and the location was perfect. We will definitely stay here for our future visits. Thank you!
