Love the breakfast. All the staffs are friendly. The location is great. Less than 10-mins walk to the K-town and the Empire State building. The room is clean. Love the kitchen though we didn't use it.

waitress Marbel is a racist and very rude,force us family to not sit in two different small table but make us gather to a corner table which is very inconvenient.Another american family sit in two tables she just said nothing.After we finished our breakfast,not asked anything if we finished or not just get our plate back without permission.Terrible experience because of this waitress！

Excellent location, extremely friendly and helpful staff, especially Veronica who was super efficient, helpful and friendly! The breakfasts were great, location is very close to many of the main sites in Manhattan

我選擇這間酒店是因為他們有包早餐。但是剛好我住的兩天他們因為廚房有問題，都未能提供正常早餐，只提供預包好的早餐（就是兩片麵包）。我兩天的早餐都要另外自費到其他餐廳進食。
