I love staying at the Margaritaville. Fantastic location, friendly staff. Only complaint is trying to get a spot at the pool as it is packed! Overall a very good experience and I will definitely stay again.

Love the hotel overall

Great location and modern but the wait on the elevators is to much and the only reason I booked this hotel because it has a pool that I couldn't use because they where having private event . Then I asked one of the staff working if the pool was going to be open the next day and he could only say I don't know the least he could do is go to the computer and check no he told me I got to go next day and check for myself.Secon nigth at the hotel I go to the rooftop restaurant bar waited 20 min to get acknowledged by someone put my food order waited 40 min for it never arrived when I go to the bar to ask for it all they told me was that the chef colsed the kitchen early.Front desk manager resolve the pool situation the food situation was never resolved.

The hotel is located in Times Square, so there are Broadway musical theaters and various tourist attractions within a few minutes' walk. There are many restaurants in the area, so you will not have any trouble finding something to eat. This hotel is famous for its rooftop bar, so many people visit it, even if they are not guests. As other people have said in their reviews, you may have to wait a little for the elevator, but other than that, there are no issues. The room is spacious and comfortable for Times Square, and it is also clean. There was no problem with the shower, as hot water came out immediately. The staff were friendly and greeted me warmly. However, because of the location, you can hear outside noises until late at night, so if that bothers you, I recommend staying a little further away from the center.

Fantastic property in Times Square booked at the last moment thanks to a discounted rate. A true oasis of pleasure, relaxation and quality in the services offered. Main restaurant with excellent value for money and a wide choice of dishes from meat to fish. I ate some delicious and very fresh salmon! Bars and pool area very well managed with an infinite cocktail menu and the possibility of reordering at discounted prices. The top roof top is nice with a breathtaking view which by the way I also had in my room! 😂 Everything was really beautiful 🤩! Super satisfied!

In New York, where every inch of land is expensive, this hotel is really a bit extravagant. The rooftop heated swimming pool is open all year round, which is worth experiencing. The hotel rooms are well decorated, with some British classical style, and there is also a convenience store gift gallery. The location of the hotel is also very good, travel Convenience. If there is something wrong with it, then I feel that the hotel may be a bit picky. Of course, I mean that you may have met a waiter with more personality. All in all, it feels very New York!
