Four Points by Sheraton Flushing

Right next to Flushing, so dining options are incredibly convenient. The service is excellent, and both the accommodations and facilities are top-notch!

Flushing, honestly, isn't known for great value, and the room was a bit small. However, the hotel service was excellent, really boosting my overall impression. Parking was a bit expensive, and there aren't many convenient options nearby. Other than that, everything else was good.

The hotel is very close to LaGuardia Airport. Upon arrival, you can call them for a pickup, and they'll be there in about ten minutes. Tipping is expected. The lobby offers hot water for tea, which is a big plus for Chinese travelers. The Chinese restaurant downstairs is excellent, especially the pea shoots. There's also a winery right next door, making it super convenient to buy wine. The surrounding area is full of Chinese restaurants, bubble tea shops, and even places selling soy milk and fried dough sticks. It's perfect for Chinese visitors to the US who are looking for a taste of home.

The surroundings are just okay. It's about a ten-minute walk from Flushing Main Street. The hotel facilities are relatively new, and there's a shuttle to LaGuardia Airport every hour. Just a heads-up: if you need to store your luggage, make sure to do it *before* you check out. They charge $4 if you try to store it *after* checking out – seriously, what kind of rule is that?! Also, double-check the address when booking. This isn't the Sheraton on Flushing Main Street; it's quite a bit further away from there!

I left an earbud and a custom back brace at the hotel. I tried calling the front desk multiple times, but couldn't get through, and they didn't reply to my emails either. I finally managed to contact them through the booking platform, and they said the items weren't found in the room. This is really disgusting.

The shuttle instructions were very unclear. Even though the pick-up spot changed to Zone 3 two months ago, the phone message still says Zone 5. The hotel's a bit of a walk from the city center. Lower floors can be noisy; I'm not sure if it's street racing or a KTV, but it was still loud past 1 AM.

Not bad. It's near Flushing, and the surrounding amenities are good. No need for breakfast here, just head straight to Flushing for that.
