Hyatt Centric Hotels in New York

Early in the morning, there was a smell of smoke blowing into the room. The window was closed. I didn’t know how to get in. I asked the front desk if the smell of oily smoke from the hotel was blowing from the side of the room. The next day I wanted to change the room but said there was no room full. Not recommended

My recent experience was exceptional, largely due to the outstanding service from the hotel’s staff. I was warmly greeted by Mark at reception, whose professionalism and friendly demeanor immediately set the tone for a comfortable stay. He went above and beyond to make sure our room was perfectly suited to our needs, and provided us with our special needs of amenities in the room. I was equally impressed with the attentiveness of Eva from housekeeping, who assured we had everything needed in the room. Byron at the concierge was quick to offer assistance from arranging transportation to offering help when I accidentally hurt myself at the hotel front door. The staff at Hyatt Centric Times Square truly made this visit memorable. The rooftop bar has an amazing view and the location is perfect if you are exploring Manhattan. Nevertheless, the air-con in the room is quite noisy, and the insulation of rooms could be better. Regardless, I would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality.

The hotel is very clean, but small. The well room faces the office building, and the Empire State Building can be seen from the top floor. The view is excellent, but it was outsourced by the hotel. The service attitude at the front desk is also very average, but although the hotel is small and well-equipped, there is a printer at the front desk. The location is excellent and relatively safe. Nothing strange happened during my 2 days stay 😂
