Sheraton Properties in New York

The toilet had leaks issue (the room in level 48). Called hotel to fix it but the first engineer was not able to find the issue. The second engineer was able to find the issue but we were leaving New York on the same day. The leak from the toilet is quite gross. Called hotel for help for the toilet leak issue but one of people took the call just ignore the request (he did not take an action but he said he will )

It’s centrally located in downtown NY. Near Chinatown. The subway is next to the building. The city view from the window is fantastic. The staff are very professionally trained and very polite and friendly.

The location is extremely convenient and you can even be able to find a restaurant still open at 3:00 midnight. The staff is friendly and always cares about me as a traveller. The cleaning lady, porter, and the shuttle driver are all great people and serve with passion. The best thing is I can bring in outside food and enjoy it at the lobby while waiting for my airport shuttle without a hassle. Great hotel, would definitely stay again and recommend friends.

The Chinese food in Edison is very delicious, so I always stay here every time I come to New Jersey. It's my first time staying at Sheraton. The black guy at the front desk was not very good, but the breakfast was good.
