"The hotel staff (a young lady) was exceptionally kind. We had a language barrier and were stopped by the security guard, but she came down to pick us up, which was really helpful for non-English speakers. There's a mall and a supermarket within 200 meters of the hotel, which is super convenient. The room is huge – a living room and a bedroom – excellent value for money. Safety: Very safe, with security guards and a front desk. You need to use your key card to access your floor in the elevator. Facilities: Well-equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator, and kitchenware. Cleanliness: Very clean, no cockroaches, mice, or any bugs at all. Environment: There's a mall nearby, and you can reach the subway in under 10 minutes via a shortcut. Service: The young lady from the hotel came down to pick us up. She was patient and responsive on WeChat, and the check-out process was smooth, with a quick refund of our deposit."

"Stayed at The Graph Hotel KL and overall it’s a great value-for-money option, especially for a very new hotel in the Cheras area. The location is very convenient, situated right opposite Eko Cheras Mall, with a link bridge at the right side of the hotel that makes crossing the road easy. While walking to left side will be about a 5-minute walk to Taman Mutiara MRT Station, so getting around KL is quite hassle-free. There’s a row of shoplots at downstairs including banks, restaurants, and dessert spots, which is very handy. The hotel itself feels modern and very new. What stands out is the variety of common facilities—there’s a nicely designed co-working space, private working areas, a games room, and also a self-service laundry. A unique bonus is the free pickleball court on the rooftop, though do note there’s no swimming pool. Basement parking is available at a flat rate of RM2. Breakfast is served as an à la carte set instead of a buffet. You’ll also find practical touches like water dispensers and ironing facilities conveniently placed along the corridor. Overall, a comfortable and functional stay with thoughtful amenities—ideal for short stays, business trips, or anyone looking for a budget-friendly yet modern hotel in KL."

"The place is extremely clean and well-maintained, which immediately gives a comfortable and premium feel. Its strategic location makes it very convenient to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and essential facilities. What truly stands out is the beautiful view calm, scenic, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The overall quality of the environment, from cleanliness to surroundings, is highly satisfying. "This place offers incredible value for money! They've got all the amenities you could ask for. There's an ATM right in the lobby, and the washing machine in the room even has a dryer, which was an absolute lifesaver. The only slight downside is that the supermarket is a bit far (the one next door closes during my working hours). A foreign guy I shared the elevator with last night complained about it too. Luckily, I rented a car so it was still convenient for me. The nearest 24-hour supermarket is shown in picture 4. Navigation might take you on a detour, but just ignore it and head straight in that direction. There's a pedestrian bridge that takes you right there, then go through the main entrance, turn left, and walk to the end."

"The room was spacious and very clean, and it was also very close to the TRX MRT station. I had a comfortable stay. Both check-in and check-out were simple processes, meeting the butler in the lobby. When we ran out of water, they promptly delivered more after we mentioned it. We could even store our luggage for free after checking out. Communication was always in Chinese, and responses were very quick. It was a very pleasant stay in a foreign country."

"Two-room apartment on the 28th floor with a gorgeous city view. Clean and cozy. A large bed with a comfortable mattress in a separate bedroom. Kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine. Sofa and TV in the living room. Everything you need is there. On the 31st floor, there's a large, clean swimming pool with a view of the Twin Towers 👍. The main attractions of Kuala Lumpur, the Twin Towers and the TV Tower, are within walking distance. Near the TV Tower, there's a bus stop for a city tour. Keep in mind that the electrical outlets here are not the same as in Russia. We brought adapters with us. Definitely recommend 👍"

"I stayed here for a business trip and specifically requested a room not facing the main road. The hotel accommodated this, and I enjoyed a very quiet, restful night. The room was spacious and clean, and having a water dispenser in the lobby was very convenient. However, I was less satisfied with the shower; the design allows water to leak onto the bathroom floor, making it quite wet. Also, for those driving, the car park is not free, need to pay RM5. The location is a bit inconvenient as it requires a long U-turn to head toward KL. A special thanks to Saim and Mim at the front desk for their friendly service during check-out!"

"The location is convenient, just a few minutes' walk to Petaling Street. There are also plenty of food options and an LRT station nearby. I even found a delicious beef noodle shop that I hadn't eaten at in over ten years – the taste is exactly as I remember, simply amazing!"
