位置方便，可以從酒店通道直接去到amtrak.房間裏設施比較老舊但是衞生還可以

衞生還可以，但服務真不咋地。
前台服務員好幾個晚娘臉，一絲笑容都沒有，入住時候忘記給我們早餐券；
房間裏沒有電吹風，沐浴液和護髮素的瓶子都空了，説了兩次都沒有人補。
硬件也一般，大概因為比較老了，空調噪音巨大，洗澡時從浴缸水龍頭換到淋浴水龍頭那個轉換開關很不好使。

The Airport shuttle service was great, and we were happy with the hotel overall. We just felt that the lack of daily housekeeping should’ve been explained at check in.

I had to stay here last minute due to a last-minute flight cancellation at Newark. I chose it because it is across the street from Penn Station. There's a direct train to NYC Penn Station so we went sightseeing on a Sunday. Check in was easy and you get free warm cookies and water. It was a nice touch after a bad day. You can also ask front desk for cookies. My room was clean and spacious. I was on the 10th floor and I could still hear traffic so didn't get restful sleep. I appreciate the security measures and the staff's frankness. Only one elevator out of three were working by the time I checked out.
