When I checked out, the middle-aged lady at the front desk had a very bad attitude. I felt like she was a racist. She deliberately made it difficult for me to check out, saying that she couldn't find any information. Did the hotel's free upgrade to a suite disappear from the check-in list? This was a layover hotel for us and it did the trick. It is only about 15 minutes away from Teminal C at EWR and also has shuttles that can drop you to the airport. Remember to call ahead of time and book your slot because the shuttle runs at scheduled time and can be full. They have a decent spread for breakfast. The reception is very helpful as well.

It was inconvenient because there was no explanation about the hotel airport shuttle on the website. The Trip.com page says it runs every 15 minutes, but it was every 30 minutes, and on the day of check-out, it arrived in 1 hour. It was compared to when I stayed at the Marriott at the airport not long ago. The hot water worked well, but the room heater was so noisy that it was difficult to sleep well. The desk is friendly.
