What’s the difference between being empty for three hours and staying three hours early? Is there a loss? If there is no vacant room, it is another matter. You can check in at the time, but if you have a vacant room, this hotel is not a high-end hotel. The same hotel next door also says check-in after 3 o'clock, but you can check in after 12 o'clock if there is a vacant room.
