Every time that I have stayed at this Hampton Inn, it has been a superior experience for me. The room is always clean and smells amazing when I walk in and the staff is amazing as well. Anytime that I have to stay in the Newburgh area, I will definitely stay with you.

I had to cancel my trip. So I didn't stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites. But I'm sure it is as good or better than any other hotel.

Been visiting Newberg area for years visiting my son and his family. We usually stayed at another location but on our last trip that location was so bad we left early to avoid extending the disastrous facility. We tried this place and absolutely loved the facility, the staff, and the breakfast each day. Definitely will stay here again in future visits to my family there. The little touches they did to make me feel welcome was the icing on the cake. Thank you for the excellent visiting accommodation.

The hotel was clean and the room was very nice, although it faces the highway and was a bit noisy because of traffic passing all night. I used the fitness center which appeared clean but the piece of equipment that I chose to use was not functioning properly, there were no cleaning wipes and there weee only two towels on the shelves. I reported it to the front desk—they had no idea about the malfunctioning machine and gave me some Lysol wipes to use. The front desk workers were helpful, but it was disappointing that the problem hadn’t been reported in the past. There should be a regular maintenance check of all equipment.
