I felt that they could’ve done better on the price. I asked for a late check out and I had to get up early 8am to call the front desk to an answer.

I was getting pillows comfortable on the bed and a stink bug slides out from the pillow case. gross.
Not sure how that happened if you keep beds clean.
we were on the fifth floor and heard the highway outside.
I didn't get much sleep.
we go for the free breakfast and my father wants coffee and it's in the hallway. why? there are seniors who don't want to walk in the hallway to get their coffee like my dad.

Dirty toilet seat, hair on shower walls and no shampoo. We called the front desk for shampoo and it never arrived. Told the front desk at checkout and the woman just listened and gave me my receipt and I said “you don’t care?” She said “who said I don’t care?” I said “in the professional sense.” She said she wasn’t in charge of housekeeping and that was professional. She then asked if I wanted her to speak to the manager, which I said yes. I waited for a few minutes. She came back and she said “OK. I spoke to the manager.” And I just stood there. There was no resolution and no offer to make things right, The manager never came out to see me. We spent more than $400 for our room and I had to clean the toilet and two of us had to take a shower without shampoo. That’s not 100% satisfaction guaranteed. I won’t be going back to location or any Hampton Inn moving forward.

Perfectly fine but not exceptional in its class. Rooms were clean and bright. No dresser in King suite for clothes. Elevator honks like a fire alarm at each stop. Breakfast was very limited in cold pastry type offerings. Just bread, bagels and some sort of bran muffin plus a long line for a waffle machine. A few yogurt offerings. IHG Hilton Express where we were yesterday was far superior at same price point in everything from staff to room contents to a superior breakfast.

The hotel was nice and clean. Staff was very polite and courteous. I didn’t like the fact that at check-in they didn’t inform me about an additional charge for incidentals and would be refunded after a few days. Also I know there was a grab bar in the shower but there should be one so it’s easier for people to get off the low toilets.
