Had to change room the tv did not work nor did the phone. The facility was run down and dirty. The food was danish, generic fruit cocktail through it out . It was not even worth going down stairs for.

The location of the hotel is slightly out of the way, on the edge of Newburgh town. It is convenient to have a car to support eating, drinking and having fun. The hotel service is very good, but there is no breakfast as introduced by Ctrip. Only coffee and snacks are provided. The parking lot is large and easy to park. The cleanliness of the indoor carpet is good, but there is still a mildew smell. This is also one of the disadvantages of providing carpet facilities indoors. It's just that the price is affordable, please choose to stay at your discretion.

Nous avons reserver cette hotel car le déjeuner était inclus pournotre famille de 4 , aucun repas le matin, pas de fruits ni patisserie ou autre , rien du tout , pas de serviette dans la chambre pas de debarbouillette , rien pour se laver , très trop sale, l’odeur de fumée, vraiment désastreux. Je m’attend a un retour de votre part *******

This is why Super 8 has the stigma it does. Not friendly, unaccommodating,no perks on rewards member ,no preference options,rate went up the worse it got in overall experience.
