Breathtaking Sunsets on Plum Island at Blue Moon

Blissful Blue Moon Cottage This is our second summer staying at Blue Moon Cottage. The house’s three decks face the marsh, and are great places to have morning coffee and watch the sunset. In the mornings, we often saw a blue heron and egrets. We love the peacefulness of the marsh, but we also love the ocean. The beach is less than a mile from the house. The master bedroom is perfect- lots of windows make it easy to enjoy the fresh air at night. There is a washer/dryer in the master bathroom. If you like outdoor showers, you’re in luck. We love this house and its surroundings.. Can’t wait to go back next year.

Witchy Weekend My girlfriends and I stayed mid October for a relaxing girls weekend. We got exactly what we wanted! Great location and plenty to do nearby. Planning to come back with my family in the Summer to enjoy a different season!

Spectacular Stay! We have stayed on Plum Island many times, and this was absolutely our favorite rental. Communication with the owner and check-in/check-out were seamless. Upon pulling up to the property, we were struck by its quaintness, and then once we entered the home, we could see how much work was put into updating it. The first floor master suite is large and gorgeous, kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and the upstairs space works well for four additional people. Now the view... it's just incredible and the outdoor spaces are perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Usually on vacation, we might turn on the TV in the evening, but the TV never went on because the view was so gorgeous. We were mesmerized. Don't hesitate to rent this property. We will definitely return!

Family vacation Everything about our stay at the Blue Moon cottage was incredible. The sunsets at night that we could see from any of the three decks were spectacular. The master bedroom has a pane of stained glass and many windows that let in the incredible air at night. The master bathroom has a nice washer/dryer set. The house itself has three showers, one of them outside. We loved everything about the house. The owners responded quickly whenever we had a question. We did not want to leave.

Magical place! We loved our time in this special house. The view from the back was perfect for coffee and afternoon cocktails. Easy walk to the “secret” beach and even closer walk to the sunset club and other eating establishments. Our family had a great time here. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The owners were extremely helpful and kind. We can’t wait to go back!
