Travelodge Stoke Talke

Great receptionist who was very welcoming and friendly. Good location for access to the A500 and A34 roads as well as a bus stop only a 5 minute walk away. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is very dated and lack on soundproofing between the rooms is a major issue. I could hear the guy in the room below talking and could also hear the room next door opening and closing their toilet seat! I was awoken at 1am with an inconsiderate neighbour with their tv on very loud and coughing loudly. There is a main wing and smaller wing to the side. I stayed on the 1st floor in the main wing but I would recommend you ask for the 1st floor in the small wing to minimise the number of people around you and source of external noise. View from the room was nice however.

Andrea is the best receptionist a hotel could wish for. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and generally in need of recognition! Will absolutely visit again. Loads of restaurants nearby, Rooms are classic Travelodge with no restaurant within, so manage your expectations.

Went here as a couple. Nice clean travelodge. Andrea on reception goes above and beyond! Has issue with soap dispenser she did her best to help even getting tools out! Also sorted out the room I wanted & had previous issue with late check out which she swiftly sorted. Thanks Andrea ! There is also another young woman on reception who is warm and welcoming but didn’t catch her name! Nadia x

Well it’s a Travelodge so basic accommodation showing its age. The room was clean, comfortable with a kettle and supplies to make a hot drink. The location was surprisingly quiet considering it’s just off the roundabout with the A34 and A500. Great location for my visit with a Greggs and Subway on site. All the reception staff were welcoming and friendly. Happy to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Travelodge in Stoke visiting family. Staff member Andrea was so friendly on check in and really helpful with all our needs including welcoming our pooch Spencer. She helped us out quickly with an iron and was really accommodating. Such a refreshing change from hospitality staff we have encountered in London. Thanks

I would just like to take the time to thank personally Andrea at this travelodge for making our stay comfortable nothing was to much trouble with helping us find somewhere to eat as we had a pet with us. She even managed to rustle up some plates for us to eat our takeaway that we settled for its nice to see this level of courtesy from a hotel, credit where it's due thank you Andrea. Lovely stay as usual. Lovely big rooms and spotless. All staff are so friendly and helpful . Nothing is to much trouble . Greggs and subway on site and shopping centre in walking distance. Also lovely steak house just 5 minute walk away. Will return very soon

The room is comfortable and reception lady Andrea is so professional in her job she was so helpful and friendly and always greets us with a smile. Plenty of parking easy to find. I stay here on a regular basis every week the rooms are clean and ideal for what I need.

I phoned in advance of our stay requesting two quiet rooms at the rear of the building, which was kindly arranged by Donna. Upon arrival, Andrea sorted out an issue with wi-fi and hot water not functioning properly in one of the rooms. The rooms were lovely and clean, and quiet. The staff were really friendly and welcoming and made us feel valued. Great Ambassadors for Travelodge. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable.
