The place was clean and tidy, breakfast and fridge stocked were a big bonus with 3 children. Owners are very accommodating and friendly. Beautiful well kept garden

It is a lovely little conversion with all you needed for a short stay , ample breakfast was provided , was a comfortable home from home stay and would go again if traveling that way . Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a few nights away .

We had a wonderful overnight visit for a family birthday. Our host allowed us to park and collect the keys early and was very welcoming. Breakfast was lovely and a great night's sleep has by all

Fabulous little place to stay with an excellent host. We stayed overnight as were attending a hockey tournament nearby. Very easy to find, very clean, comfortable and we were extremely well catered to . Breakfast was a choice of cereals,bread, croissants and pain au chocolate. There was yoghurts, eggs, milk and orange juice in the fridge and a host of fruit to choose from. Lovely comfy seating in the lounge and still lots of space for 5 of us. I will definitely be returning. Highly recommended , it’s a Lillie gem.

Very nicely decorated, comfortable and extremely well equipped, this was the perfect place to stop off en route to Scotland. We'd have been happy to stay longer as the countryside around Baldwin's Gate is lovely, and there are lots of great walks from the front door. Liz was an excellent and patient host.

We were impressed with this lovely little place on our way from Warwick Castle to Alton Towers. A cosy spot for us five with clean, stylish finishes and a good breakfast of bread, eggs, fresh fruits and croissants in the morning - self serve. Super friendly hosts too! Highly recommended.
