OK for a stop over stay

Very nice and friendly place. The staff are very helpful and provide a lot of information and support.

Lovely place with good PR. Receptionist was very helpful 😊

We booked a family room 2 nights for a wedding 1st night for the bride and bridesmaids 2nd night for the bride and groom. On arrival we was greeted by the mast lovelies guy on the front deck Brian ( I think that was his name ) what a diamond he was so welcoming and funny . On the 2nd night of the bride and groom coming back they’ve had cleaned the room & made a love heart out of the towels with a card and a bottle of Prosecco so lovely of them to do that . We visited the restaurant next door very disappointed with that also per booked our breakfast with the restaurant again very disappointed . food was ok but staff which was the manager ( I think as she had a different shirt on from the other staff ) was very unfriendly I won’t go into that as I will do a separate review .

Jaded, really needs some professional assistance in bringing it back to what most people want from Whitbread-Premier Inn. Restaurant experience hit and miss over the 3 nights. Some staff really good, others, well, comments best reserved. An earnest apology would go a long way. Disingenuous stance not welcome.

Great stay, comfortable beds, clean room. Staff very helpful, nothing to much trouble for all the staff.

I recently stayed at the Premier Inn Rochdale prior to a Initial hospital Physio Appointment following knee surgery from making the booking to checking out the staff were exceptional. We were booked in to the nearest room to the entrance, the staff couldn't have been more helpful, ensuring we were as comfortable as possible - they opened doors fort us did everything possible to ensure we had the best stay possible in the circumstances.

I'm sure it's not just room 19 but it was filthy.. skirting board filthy. Wall heater rusty, strong damp smell, damp spots all over the ceiling, shower head dirty, towels not exactly white... I have stayed at many premier inn hotels and will again. But never again at this one..

Very clean and very peaceful. The bed was comfortable and the corridors quiet. We stayed for three nights for a family wedding (along with many other guests) and it was prefect. Good parking, and efficient check in and the staff were all very polite.
