It will be better once the construction is over and remodel is complete. The room was smelly, like musty odor. The carpet was soiled and old. The bathroom did not smell fresh. The food bar in the morning looked decent and the eggs said cage free so I guess they were. Coffee and hot water were cold.

Our flight was delayed so we got to the hotel late, when we got there the doors were locked. I could see the attendant sitting in the back room attending to her phone, I knocked vigorously on the door but the person did not answer. Lucky, I had my cell phone and the number of the hotel with me called the hotel and the person answered the phone and let me in. They were pleasant enough and proceeded to give me a room. When we got to the room it I noticed it was 2 queens and not a king as we ordered(not a big deal we just needed to sleep).
In addition the room was not clean and very beat up this looked like a rat hotel that you would expect of some cheap establishment in dirtwater USA not something you would expect of a Marriott Hotel. I have to say I was very disappointed, luckily it was only for the remainder of the night since we were leaving for the rest of our trip in the morning.

Clean rooms. Renovations and building material all around. We thought the place was closed. All through the afternoon workers are very noisy.

This hotel was renovating and they did their best but it was not up to standards and we were never informed that they were renovating. The staff were accommodating but there is only so much you can do under the circumstances.
Also, the dining room had an 82 B for their health inspection!!!

Property is undergoing a much needed renovation. Consequently there's a lot of construction equipment taking up the front entrance along with noise until after 6pm. Had this information been made public I would've booked a different hotel.

The construction throughout hotel and blocking the front entrance was a negative experience with dust and debris everywhere. However the staff and manager on duty were very pleasant and helpful so kudos to them for putting up with the messy conditions.

They should have put on there they were under construction. No ramp to go on to sidewalk to use the side door. Bathroom had mold. The main room was very cramped and was hard to walk with our walkers which is dangerous. We asked for a refund and they said no. I have been to many Marriots but the one made me feel like i was at a motel 6

I was at this hotel for a physical fitness test. Your staff were able to extend my checkout time so i could shower and change into travel attire. Made my day!

My husband has some mobility issues. The staff recognized this and provided a room close to the elevator so that he wouldn’t have to walk too far to get to our room. I had not considered this until it was brought to our attention. All was done to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We definitely recommend this hotel.
