We used this property many time pre-Covid and were satisfied. However, we'll NEVER stay here again. Since then, it's become really run down and staff don't really seem to care what's going on. Ignored upon check-in and had to ask what room we were in. Avoid this one. While the location is cool, if you use it, bring bug spray and a place to hang your own towels.

It was clean, it was warm, the water pressure was excellent, the heat of the water was steady, no burns, no freezes! Excellent room heater too, we cracked the window open and could fall asleep to the sound of the waves without freezing or overheating! Heck, even the tap water tasted 3-times better than that of the greater PDX metro area! The front desk lady was an absolute sweetheart, helpful and courteous! She even braved the February nighttime weather to personally come to our room and troubleshoot our non-working DirectTV! Even though DirectTV was experiencing issues that night and continued not to work, her help was appreciated! No TV was a non-issue though, as the WiFi was very fast and we were able entertain ourselves with Hulu :) We loved the area of town, too, (Nye Beach District, I do believe). Beautiful, comfortable, cozy, with a Dutch Bros. only 3 minutes away. We will stay again! Thanks OYO Waves! :)

Great hotel for the price. Spacious, well-appointed room with two armchairs, keurig, comfortable bed. Good partially obstructed view of ocean. Ample coffee supply in room and grab and go breakfast in office area with juice, milk, yogurt, bagels or English muffins, sweet rolls and cereal. Pool and hot tub.

Pretty basic property but it is right at Nye Beach, the rooms are spacious and clean, the free breakfast is decent and the price is very very good.

It was OK. Large room. limited towels, one for each person. Only one trash can in unit. Breakfast was served 30 min late. Would stay again because of price. If you’re looking for comfort and luxury stay somewhere else.
